How to Guide:

Begin by inserting the largest egg into the birth canal until it reaches the cervix. Keep egg inserted for one hour daily for one week. Each yoni egg has two hoes at the bottom. Insert the included hemp cord into the hole and tug gently to remove. The second week keep inserted daily for two hours. The Third week keep inserted daily for three hours. The fourth week keep inserted daily for four hours. The fifth week keep inserted for five hours. After the fifth week, keep the egg inserted daily five hours for five months. After the five months move down a size and insert for five to six hours and wear six hours a day. Finally, insert the smallest egg five to six hours a day for six months. By now the pelvic girdle is strong. For maintenance, wear the small stone for several hours a few days a week. Cleaning care: Wash after every use with mild, unscented soap and place in a dry pouch. Avoid harsh chemicals.
