How to use your Yoni Egg

How do I use them?

- Begin by inserting the largest egg into the birth canal until it reaches the cervix. Keep egg inserted for one hour daily for one week

Each yoni egg has two holes at the bottom. Insert the included hemp cord into the hole and tug gently to remove

- The second week keep inserted daily for two hours

- Third week keep inserted daily for three hours

- The fourth week keep inserted daily for four hours

- The fifth week keep inserted for five hours

- After the fifth week, keep the egg inserted daily five hours for five months

- After the five months move down a size and insert for five to six hours and wear six hours a day

- Finally, insert the smallest egg five to six hours a day for six months

By now the pelvic girdle is strong. For maintenance, wear the small stone for several hours a few days a week.

Cleaning care

Wash after every use with mild, unscented soap and place in a dry pouch. Avoid harsh chemicals.

What exercises should I do with the eggs inserted?

Do daily squats with the egg inserted to strengthen the pelvic girdle.

- Stand with feet shoulder width apart

- Lower into a squat while keeping chest lifted

- Engage the pelvic floor as you rise back into standing

Pelvic Contractions / Kegals

- Gently contract the muscles you would use to urine

- Hold five seconds

- Repeat 10-15 times

Jadeite is actually a form of jade, while nephrite is another form of jade. Jadeite and Nephrite are two classifications of jade. What makes Jadeite and Nephrite so different is the grain structure. Nephrite is softer and more common. Jadeite is more dense and non-porous, making it the more preferable choice for yoni eggs.

Is this real Jade?
